Seasonal Flu Vaccinations - 21/10/2024

Dear Parents/Carers,

We will be attending schools to vaccinate students with the Seasonal Flu Vaccine starting from September 2024.
Please visit https://www.sheffieldchildrensvaccinations.co.uk/Forms/Flu to complete the consent form. The option to consent or decline the vaccination is at the end of the questionnaire so please complete this even if you do not want your child to have the vaccination.

The nasal flu vaccine contains products derived from pigs (porcine gelatine).
To opt for the gelatine-free inactive injection, select ‘NO’ on the nasal spray option and you will be given further options to choose.
