School meals at Outwood Academy City are managed by Caterlink who provide a varied 3 weekly menu that changes to reflect seasonal product availability. Students are offered a selection of locally sourced food and drink including a main meal option, grab and go items, freshly made sandwiches, tray bakes and desserts and fresh fruit. We aim to provide a varied experience using healthy, freshly made meals to enable them to reach their full potential with their day-to-day learning at school.
The following attachments are for this year’s menus and prices.
iPay impact – Cashless Catering
We operate a cashless catering system at Outwood Academy City. Each student has an account which parents can access online to credit with funds; purchases are made by students from this account. Parents can also view any purchases made.
At the start of the academic year, students will be given a letter with their iPay impact account details. If you have not received this letter or have any queries, please contact the academy on 0114 235 8120 to request a replacement.
Free School Meals
A number of students may be eligible for free school meals. If you think this may apply to you please contact Sheffield City Council by phoning 0114 2734567 (select option 4 then option 3) or visiting the
Sheffield City Council website to complete the application form. If a student is entitled to free school meals their account is automatically credited each day with sufficient funds to purchase a main meal of the day, a dessert and a drink.
