We are delighted you have chosen our school and we are very excited to be welcoming your child during Y6 Transition and in September.

The Transition days at Outwood Academy City are taking place on Wednesday 3rd July and Thursday 4th July 2024

Below is a link to our data collection form, please use this to provide information about your child to Outwood Academy City.  To access the form you will need an OGAT Student Reference Number.  You will receive a letter which contains this number.  This will be posted out to you by the end of week commencing 17th June 2024.  If you have not received this by Wednesday 26th June 2024 or you are unsure of your OGAT Student Reference Number please get in touch with Mr J Morrin (Transition Lead) on j.morrin@city.outwood.com who will be able to assist you.
